The staff was friendly and accommodating. The studio unit was comfortable and clean. The utilities such as the fridge, water heater, electronic stove, hair dryer, and iron all worked well. The location of the hotel was convenient, offering nice city views from the window. The room set up was simple and comfortable, with sunlight coming in through the windows in the morning.
There were some maintenance issues, such as non-functioning lights and a broken bed. The cleanliness of certain areas, such as the bed and kitchenware, could have been better.

The location of the guesthouse is very convenient, being near a shopping mall and Kidzania Kuala Lumpur. the internet speed is fast, allowing guests to stay connected. the staff is also friendly and accommodating, providing a comfortable and clean duplex studio unit to enjoy.
The guesthouse lacks proper maintenance, including broken pipes in the toilets and non-functioning air-conditioning units.

This hotel had a convenient location close to popular attractions and provided affordable rates which is why we booked it. We were happy to find that our room was well-equipped with modern facilities such as a hairdryer and iron. we enjoyed the fact that our room had large windows with plenty of natural light.
Our experience at this hotel left much to be desired. the room was not clean, with bed sheets that were stained and curtains that had clearly not been washed in a long time.
